Shipping Information:

  • We only ship to United States addresses.


    ***NOTE*** We have updated our shipping method for shoes to UPS. We are unable to ship shoe items to P.O. Boxes. Please provide an address that UPS can ship to when ordering shoes.

    UPS - Next Day Arrives next business day if order placed before 12PM PST. Orders placed after 12PM PST will ship out the following day. $55 for first item. $20 per each additional item. Select this method if you need the shoes right away.
    UPS - 2 days Arrives in 2 business days if order placed before 12PM PST. Orders placed after 12PM PST will ship out the following day. $30 for first item. 10$ per each additional item. Select this method to get shoes quick at a slightly lower shipping cost than next day.
    UPS - 3 to 5 days Arrives within 3 to 5 business days after order ships. Orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours so your order may take up to 8 business days to arrive. $12 for up to 2 items
    $14 for up to 4 items
    $36 for up to 10 items
    Select this method to get shoes with low shipping costs.
    Free Shipping - 7 days orders totaling over $125 Usually arrives within 7 business days after order ships. Orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours so your order may take up to 10 business days to arrive. Free if the total of your order before taxes and shipping is $125 or more Select this method to get shoes with no shipping costs. If your order total is NOT over $125, selecting this option will add a $12 shipping fee. Make sure your order is over $125 to qualify for the free shipping.
    Shipping Rates for Lingerie Items
    Lingerie items are shipped using USPS, FedEx, or UPS at our descretion and will only qualify for these 2 methods:

    • UPS - 3 to 5 days
    • Free Shipping - 7 days orders totaling over $125

    If you selected UPS - Next Day or UPS - 2 days, we will update your lingerie item to UPS - 3 to 5 days automatically.

    If you have both shoes and lingerie in your order, we will ship shoe items using the shoe shipping table and ship lingerie items using the 2 methods above.



  • Orders will be processed within 24 to 72 hours from the time the order was placed. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays. All orders are shipped in plain packaging once they are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.


  • SultryWear.com makes every effort to ship your items as soon as possible. Please send email to customerservice@sultrywear.com if you have an urgent request and we will accommodate you as best we can.


Sales Tax:

  • California residents will be assessed a state sales tax of 8.75%. This will automatically be added to the total during checkout.


Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policies:

  • Return items are accepted up to 30 days of the purchase date and charged a 15% restocking fee. We will credit your card, less the 15% restocking fee.


  • There will be no restocking fee for size replacements. However, we will charge you a shipping fee of $10 to ship the new size to you. Please make sure you select the correct color and size to avoid unnecessary returns.


  • We will NOT accept returns on USED items. Due to strict regulations, any garment that covers an intimate area is absolutely not returnable once opened. By law, thongs, g-strings, teddies, bikinis, and other garments that touch an intimate area are not returnable once opened. The only exception is if there is a manufacturer defect found on the garment after it was opened.


  • Returned items are to be unused, in original packaging and accessories, with no missing items or parts.


  • Returns with items that are used, not in original condition, or opened items will be refused at the discretion of SultryWear.com.


  • Return Instructions:

    Please send an email to customerservice@sultrywear.com to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and further instructions for returns.

    Once you received the RMA number, write the following information on a piece of paper and include it along with your return item.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once the checkout process has been completed. We strive to process orders quickly and notify our warehouse to pack the order for shipment after the checkout is complete. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
